Ms. Pfaff has been the Executive Director of the South Dakota Coalition of Citizens with Disabilities (SDCCD) for the past 15 years. The SDCCD locates services and agencies that can assist and support persons with disabilities, and also provides information and technical assistance on the ADA and other disability related laws. Ms. Pfaff served as the South Dakota Regional Affiliate for the Universal Access 2000 program of the Rocky Mountain DBTAC. She is a nationally certified rehabilitation counselor and has her B.S. in Sociology and a Master’s of Education with a major in Guidance and Counseling.
